By purchasing artwork from me, you agree to the following terms. If your question isn't answered here, or if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me via email
Click here for a detailed version of these terms.The Terms of Service are relevant to NONCOMMERCIAL projects only and are subject to change, revisions, editing, and additions without notice.Prices and policies are based in part off of the "Graphic Artists Guild Handbook: Pricing & Ethical Guidelines, 16th Edition" book. The Client must read, understand and agree to all the below terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the below terms.The Artist has the right to decline or reject any commission for any reason at any time.PREFERRED SUBJECTS
→ Original characters of any kind
→ Wolves, animals, fantasy creatures
→ Humanoids, furries
→ Natural landscapes and scenery
→ Scenes with emotion and storytellingTHE ARTIST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
→ Decline or cancel a commission, for any reason, at any time.
→ Display commissions in their social media sites
→ Halt and refund any unfinished work for any reason.
→ Edit completed artwork done for commissions in order to advertise their work.USE OF THE ARTISTS WORK
→ Commissions are for personal and/or private use only
→ The Client may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon, including but not limited to the creation of physical copies for sale, merchandise, NFTs, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency. The Client may NOT upload or use the commissioned artwork to train any present or future image generation technologies including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence (known as AI).
→ Please credit or link back to the artist when posting artwork.PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
→ Payment must be done in advance in order for the commission to begin.
→ Refunds will be granted based on how far along a commissions has been completed. Should it not be started the commissioner will be repaid in full.PROCESS
→ The artist will announce commissions and open a form.
→ You will receive an email upon approving your commission request via the form, along with an invoice.
→ Further details will be discussed and once agreed upon a sketch will be sent for approval.
→ With the commissioners approval and payment made, work will begin.Commission times may vary depending on the commission type, please allow for 4-6 weeks for delivery upon receiving your sketch.Latest update:
